I often enjoy stir fry dishes while dining out yet struggle to recreate a similar recipe. After experimenting several times, I found this recipe to be a simple yet tasty stir fry.
1 frozen chicken breast, thawed
1 cup rice
2 cups frozen veggies-carrots, corn, and green beans are perfect
1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce or to taste
When chicken is thawed, cut into strips. Cook with oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until cooked. At the same time, cook rice according to box directions. When chicken is tender, add in frozen veggies, including more oil if necessary. Add in Teriyaki Sauce. Stir in rice when cooked. Enjoy!
